SPDS Lite is a simplified version of SPDS-50/51. It is designed for those cost-sensitive and simple applications, yet still features most of what SPDS offers.

This special scrolling system is designed for applications that prefer on-demand display to pre-timed display.
One typical application is menu boards in restaurants: one can load a set of different menus in one design scrolling menu board, and bring up the one you want anytime. In addition, the same concept can be used for other purposes, for example, traffic control signs, map/directory display, etc.
